Apple smoothie (Serves 2)

Ingredients

  • 4 apples (core the apples and quarter them)
  • 1/2 glass skimmed milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Method

Blend in a blender and serve.Mix the ingredients. Serve.

Strawberry Milkshake (Serves 2)

Ingredients

  • Strawberry Milkshake1 glass skimmed milk
  • 1-cup strawberries (washed and cut)
  • 2 tablespoons cane sugar

Blend in a blender.


Banana smoothie (Serves 2)

Vitamin B3, B5, B6, B12, C, E, biotin, magnesium, manganese, potassium, fibre, calcium, phosphorous, zinc, iron

Ingredients

  • 2 small bananas - chopped
  • 1 cup skimmed milk
  • ¼  glass water
  • 1 tablespoon powdered almonds
  • 2 teaspoons honey
Kiwi smoothie (Serves 1)

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and quartered
  • 1-tablespoon honey
  • 1-cup yogurt
